Periodical
projects will be introduced. The outcome of those projects can be made
visual and tangible through a magazine. The magazine is not a regular
magazine. It will be produced by creative ‘guest-editors’ like
artists, fashion-designers, philosophers etc who participate in the periodical
projects. In this way every two months the professionals at the Ministry
will be challenged. The magazine acts as a platform. It is the medium
for the concepts, thoughts, ideas that are results of the periodical projects.
The visions can be presented in a controllable way by adopting the format
of a magazine: there is continuation and the aspect of time can be used.
The aim of the magazine is to stimulate a shift of focus within the target
group.
In that way it is a tool in their thinking and working process.
